
Unselected: A new task will not be created upon recurrence and the current and completed activity, subtasks, checklists, and assigned comments, will be retained on the task.
Skip weekends: The recurring task will not be scheduled on a weekend. Tasks set to recur On schedule that are marked as Done or Closed before their scheduled recurrence will recur immediately. Tasks will recur at 11:00 pm in the timezone of the user who set the recurring settings. On schedule: The task will recur when in not started or active statuses. When done: The task will recur when it moves to a done status or when the task is moved to a closed status. This option will display the name of the closed status of the task's home List. When complete: The task will recur when it moves to a closed status. Custom: Indicate if the task should repeat every few days, select days in the week, select weeks in the month, or select days of the year. Days after: Recurs a certain number of days after the task has been marked complete. Yearly: Recurs once a year on the day you choose. Select this choice and all tasks will recur on the second Wednesday of each month. The day of the month defaults to Second Wednesday. For example, say you chose the second Wednesday of July as your due date. Monthly: Choose Same day each month, First day of the month, Last day of the month, or the default day of the month. Weekly: Recurs once a week on the day you choose. Daily: Recurs every day with the option to skip weekends. You can also set a time for the recurring task to be created from the Add time field. The start date will always recur the same amount of days before the due date. You can set a start date for your recurring task from the Start date field. You can set due dates using natural language. Select a date on the calendar or enter it into the Due date field. From the lower-left of the modal, click Set recurring. Click the calendar icon to open the Due Date modal. If a due date is already set, click the due date instead. You can set tasks to recur at regular intervals.ĭepending on the options you select, some of the following settings will not be available.
